RIE® certified parent-infant guidance classes

During our Parent-Infant Guidance Classes, parents are encouraged to sit back, relax, and watch what their children are ready to do, how they move, how they use their hands, what play objects they choose to play with, and how they interact with other babies. It’s all about observing the children and watching them unfold. 

Children are offered autonomous activity in a safe environment with simple objects selected based on development. There are no rules on how to use the toys for the children. Instead, it’s a place where the focus is on the child. Parents are watching, and the facilitator models how to move, talk to the children and engage if a conflict arises. 

We also offer support for the parents by answering their questions and a community of parents who are on the same journey in raising their babies with respect in a peaceful way.
